Digital Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsiblities

• Partaking in the development and implementation of the Corporate Identity, Image, Marketing guidelines and Communications Plans
• Develop and implement the marketing ops systems, processes, practices, and policies for our online ecosystem
• Support execution across a wide array of campaigns, products, platforms and markets, including digital marketing and brand building
• Managing a spectrum of digital channels such as websites and social media platforms according to company’s Digital Plan, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram to deliver quality and effective creative content to engage and build up our stakeholders so to achieve sales targets. Requirements

• Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as CPF, purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, redemption, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties

• Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping etc

• Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conducting searches, billing, keeping deadlines

• Communicate with clients, banks and related parties relating to the conveyancing process

• Ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
