About The Role

Our client a leading marine fuel logistics company supply and market bunkers to all types of vessels is hiring a Shipping Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing deliveries between vessels and vendors
• Provide timely updates to the respective stakeholders
• Close monitoring on docking schedule
• Issuance and Confirmation of NOR (Notice o Readiness) with various stakeholders
• Tracking on vessel downtime
• Coordinate meetings between various stakeholders
• Record keeping and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualification:

• Minimum diploma qualification
• Ability to coordinate between different stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
