Join the Community and Volunteer Partnership team to make a meaningful impact and bring joy to seniors in various ECON Healthcare Group (EHG) care centres (i.e. nursing homes, day care centres, active ageing centres).

In this role, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders from the public, private, and people sectors to overcome service barriers and stay ahead of the latest trends. You’ll be at the forefront of empowering volunteers to drive community-based programs, events, and advocacy initiatives within EHG’s service areas, bringing them to life and making a real impact.

• Responsible for supporting conceptualising, planning and organising community projects/engagement to increase visibility of various services within EHG
• Arrange recruitment and reactivation activities for passive volunteers.
• Carry out risk management measures and needs analysis for volunteers with the programme team
• Carry out and uphold volunteer policies and processes including volunteer recognition and engagement activities
• Conduct volunteer training programmes and partner with community partners to build volunteer capabilities
• Maintain and audit volunteer database and training records.
• Monitor effectiveness of volunteer partnerships
• Support development and review of volunteer management policies and processes
• Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop community partnerships and volunteer programmes
• Support and strengthen stakeholder networks within communities where EHG services are present
• Assist management in any other projects or duties, as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong organisational, analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
• Ability to speak various languages and dialects
• Good stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills

You are responsible for overseeing the operation of telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as other operational support services. You will monitor and review existing maintenance service contracts, ensuring that services are delivered on schedule and meet the required standards. You will lead and manage initiatives to achieve excellence in service quality, while also supporting and enhancing the centre’s infrastructure. You will work with different stakeholders including regulatory bodies to ensure timely project completion and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will review policies and procedures related to your scope of services, and lead or participate in corporate committees and projects.

Requirements

· Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or telecommunication operations

· A WSQ certification in WSH would be an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· A team player with good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

· Also able to work independently and resourcefully in a dynamic environment, with a passion for analysing and improving operations

We are seeking meticulous and experienced candidates to join our team. The successful candidates will responsible for managing the billing and credit control functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all billing and settlement processes.

Job Description

• Setup/ Prepare/ Send customer invoices for various utilities mainly electricity
• Troubleshoot and resolving billing and credit control issues
• Prepare, review and resolve monthly and daily settlement
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bills and settlements
• Collaborate closely with different internal departments to ensure high accuracy of customer information and coach Junior Officers (Senior role)
• Liaise with external vendors and resolve any issues (Senior role)
• Assist with process and system improvements and implementations (Senior role)
• Prepare customer/ internal financial or billing related reports as required

Minimum Requirements

• Local Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accountancy/ IT or other relevant fields
• Min 5 years related working experience/ Min 2 years supervisory experience for Senior roles

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

• Strategize and develop impactful programmes leading to the holistic integration and normalization of beneficiaries’ lives
• Oversee and anchor the implementation of the community hub and café/minimart initiative
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external community partners in fulfilling community engagement projects
• Build up a strong community culture among beneficiaries and external stakeholders

Publications and Communications

• Oversee and develop external publications and centre-level resources, including annual reports, articles, standard operating procedures, protocols
• Manage internal communications and corporate paraphernalia ranging from notice boards, presentations, corporate video, corporate gifts
• Coordinate and correspond with Corporate Services and external agencies on media-related matters such as media consent forms, interviews, filming, award nominations
• Handle and attend to external visits, feedback and public relations

Volunteer, Donor and Events Management

• Support the department in the volunteer management and related activities
• Support the department in donor management and relations
• Support the organizing of key centre-wide events through collaborations with internal departments and external agencies

Administrative and Other Work

• Support in the preparation of departmental plans, reports and related admin work
• Participate in key strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide coverage in the absence of Executive – CP
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Centre

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Communication/ Marketing / Public Relations or any related course of studies
• Prior experience in healthcare is an added advantage
• Min 2 years of working experience in communications or community engagement
