Job Description:

• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
• Site inspection & upkeep site record.
• Liaise with consultants, client etc.
• Other duties assigned by PM.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Graduate Bachelor in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years work experience in Building Construction.
• Able to work independently.
• Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage

• Site Supervisor (ERP Gantry) - 2 years contract renewable
• 5 days, permanent night shift; 8.30pm- 6am from Mon to Sat with off day on weekdays
• Salary: Basic $2500 + $50 HP allowance + Shift allowance $300 +/-
• Location: Bedok office

Job scope:

• Maintenance and replacement of ERP equipment (about 18kg to 35kg)
• Terminate electrical cables at ERP gantry
• Troubleshooting and rectifying equipment fault
• Communicate with contractors on safety and job related tasks.
• Submit reports upon job completion
• Full Training provided

Requirements:

• Min qualification Nitec or Higher NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics
• Relevant knowledge and experience on electrical and electronics
• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• Willing to work at height (6 meters) on outdoor public road on ERP gantries and can climb onto gantry to check, clean, repair or replace faulty equipment, etc.
• Able to work permanent night shifts, 5 days a week from 20:30 to 06:00, from Mon to Sat with off day on weekdays
