• Min Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or its’ equivalent
• Experience in underground civil works (tunnelling) ,Diaphragm Wall, Bore Piling is a plus
• Experience in LTA/MRT Project is an advantage
• Able to lead and work independently

Job Description:

• Prepare of Work Progress / Site Arrangement / Attending Site Meeting & Governments Authorities like MOM, NEA, BCA, LTA, NPark, PUB
• Overall responsible for implementing Safety and Health management system at the site.
• Participate in the Company’s Occupational, Health & Safety Management program and provide support to the safety personnel at site for the implementation of OHS Programmes
• Ensure site personnel are familiar with the OHS Programme & regulations.
• Ensure that risk assessment is carried out for all work activities prior to the work commencement.
• Implement PTW for high risk activities and approve PTW submitted.
• Chair the Site Workplace Safety and Health Committee meeting and site coordination meeting.
• Take disciplinary action to prevent violations of safety regulations
• Assign work and responsibility to engineer, foremen, safety supervisor and subcontractor.
• Ensure that safety is planned into all operations.
• Review all working methods and process, both new and existing to see that all safety provision /precautions are met.
• Ensure prompt corrective actions taken to remove any unsafe or unhealthy work conditions and acts found.
• Plan, monitor and control project progress. Prepare of master Programme / Catch-Up Programme.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Project Supervision; Cyclical Work such as New Project, Addition & Alteration, Repairs & Redecorations and Fitting Out Works - Landed Properties / Apartment
• Construction Safety Course for Project Manager / Risk Management / Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health / Formwork Supervisor / Lifting Supervisor / WAH cert
• Fully Understand Structural, Arch, M&E, Responsible to check all the Coordination Drawing
• Class 3 Driver License preferred
• Able to Work under Tight Timeline and Handle Multiple Sites
• Sound knowledge of Construction Industry
• Able to attend meetings and handle clients + consultants.
