· To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices and all other contract documents.

· To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.

· To liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. Assist Contract department (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims from Contractors.

· To attend regular meetings with Client’s Representative, Consultants and/or Contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.

· To establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

· Under the Workplace Safety & Health Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe by following safety and health procedures; reporting unsafe acts and incidents; and not tampering with safety devices or performing willful/reckless acts.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

1. Updating every quarterly on all organization charts, project directory and weather and manpower records for monthly project report submission.
2. Attentive to answer and screen all incoming calls, manage office equipment like online printers, scanners, wifi, staff computers and communicate with the office HR department for assistance whenever necessary.
3. Handle worker's monthly salary, supplier’s payment, monthly petty cash, preparing site working pass, induction records, assist in preparing correspondence to project consultants, clients, sub-contractors, filing of all delivery orders and documents in a systematic order for annual site and government audits.
4. Circulate to site staff site correspondence and ensuring their timely endorsement and filing to meet company’s ISO requirement.
5. Understanding worker's pay policy. Prepare, process and complete worker's salary by deadline to ensure accuracy and timely submission to HQ.
6. Updates foreign worker’s address to ensure workers have proper registered address, ensure workers attend courses as scheduled, ensure proper handling of work permit card & passport.
7. To assist in arranging workers dormitory, transportation for the workers.
8. Able to assist site staff in ordering of hardware materials and keep proper records ie requisition form and DO.
9. To manage and resolve conflicts, feedback and complaints pertaining to project.
10. Liaison between internal and external party for any projects issues.
11. Prepare circulars, letters, notices and updates on work progress.
12. Coordinate with clients, residents, government bodies and any party as directed.
13. Attend meeting or dialogue sessions when necessary.
14. To report and obtain Management approval/permission for any proposal of action plan pertaining to project matter.
15. Coordinate and prepare site staff and workers courses.
16. Ensure proper filling for all documents.
17. Assist other general administrative support to the project team.
18. Perform other duties as assigned

• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and manpower allocation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising steel structure fabrication and installation works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• 6-day work week, willing to work on Sunday/PH when needed.

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 - SGD 5,500 (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
