The Responsibilities:

Implementation Support / Operations

· To provide support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client’s premises.

· Assisting in the provision of support for internal and external events.

· To carry out routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log and report operational faults.

· Plan, manage and co-ordinate all activities related to the work programmes;

· Prepare and submit all programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans prior to commencement of work to the SO;

· Co-ordinate and attend all meetings;

· Ensure that all Works carried out are in accordance to the Specifications;

· Work out estimates for the work;

· Put up traffic control/diversion plan for every stage of the work;

· Taking and scheming of road levels where required;

· Pick up manhole details and existing traffic lines or schemes on the road;

· Submit the detailed calculation and plans to the SO or his representatives;

· Ensure that all the plant and equipment are in good working condition and the temporary signing arrangement is in accordance with the traffic arrangement plan submitted by him or in accordance with the Code of Practice for Traffic Control at Work Zone before the commencement of work;

· Plan and ensure the smooth operation of the work;

· Ensure that the work carried out is according to the Specifications; and

· Other duties as instructed by the SO or his representatives.

Requirements:

· At least five (5) years relevant local experience in managing road structure construction or maintenance and a degree in civil engineering recognised by the professional engineers (PE) board or qualifications acceptable by the commissioner of building control for registration as resident engineer.

Job Description:

• Liaise with external parties/authorities for on-site works
• Co-ordinate and oversees the keys movement to ensure that they are promptly returned or picked up from HDB or our appointed contractors for sprucing works according to the stipulated requirement and vice-versa.
• To report to SO Rep on status update / any delay in completion of works, upon request.
• Submit photographs of the completed works in the flat (in both tenanted and vacant flats) promptly for SO rep’s assessment.
• Manage A&A and R&R of minor upgrading works

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering or at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Preference will be given to those who has work experience in HDB system as well as maintenance and ad-hoc works.

This is a Quality Inspector (QI) role to implement and carry out quality check to achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage, to the satisfaction & expectation of our customers on apartment unit quality and in-line with our company vision of providing quality homes.

Responsibilities:

• IImplement and carry out the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Construction Quality so that the work can achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage.
• Ensure readiness for Temporary Occupation (TOP), that the work progress by contractor are inspected and recorded, so as to deliver quality homes to customers.
• Carry out Independent Quality Mark (QM) check of all units, monitor defects rectification after Temporary Occupation and during Defects liability Period (DLP).
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service Department (CSD) on the CDL in-house quality inspection.
• Ensure unit defects are rectified in a timely manner and within the time frame allowed or specified.
• On site implementation of our CDL 5-Star Environment, Health & Safety Policy and ensuring Contractor achieves the highest standard during every CDL 5-Star Quarterly Site Inspections

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in electrical/ mechanical, civil engineering or engineering disciplines
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in the construction industry especially on quality inspection and delivery
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging customers effectively
• Meticulous with an eye for details
