Manage facade project operations, ensure quality, safety and progress compliance.
Job Description (Façade Rectification Project):
1) Project Planning and Progress Controlling – collaborating with other stakeholders to determine project scope, objectives, timelines and budget constraints. Understand the specific requirements of the project.
2) Design and Engineering –collaborating with the design team to ensure that the designs are workable and meet technical specifications.
3) Safety and Compliance –Ensures that all work is carried out following safety regulations and industry best practices.
4) Quality Control –Monitors the quality of work being done, conducts inspections and ensures that the work meet the required quality standards.
5) Procurement - Required to be involved in the procurement of necessary equipment, materials and components for the project.
6) Resource Management - Responsible for coordinating resources, including general labour, equipment and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
7) Problem Solving – When unexpected challenges and issues arise. The Manager plays a crucial role in identifying and resolving these problems.
Specification/Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge of applicable engineering theory, methods and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, detailed work, reasoning, deadlines. Must be flexible, analytical, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and working independently.
- The person is expected to be flexible including working outside of normal work hours and weekend working on occasions when required.
