• Coordinate between Private Client / sub-contractors /inter-departments and monitor site manpower and resources to meet schedules
• Liaise with the Design team on the submission of related CSA & MEP works and technical issues
• Plan all works on site, including programme schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement usage etc
• Monitor progress against programme and cost against budget
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment
• Ensure works are compliant with the specifications and QA requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Specialist Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of relevant CSA & MEP project management experience i.e. RC works, Building works which includes experience in Data Center projects with 5 years in Site / Construction Manager roles and operational experience.
