Have 10 year Experience in Lift and Escalator Industry and able to set up the installation team and operation develope checklist, SOP and SWP
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:
a. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and providing expertise and supervision to ensure project objectives are met.
b. Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Project Planning
a. Overall in-charge of assigned projects.
b. Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
c. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
d. Regularly update project stakeholders on progress and milestones.
3. Manpower Planning and Material Procurement
a. Manpower & Resource Planning for the individual job site.
4. Site Management
a. Foster a collaborative and motivated working environment to maximize productivity and quality.
b. Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the project.
c. Resolve Installation and Technical issuess
5. Documentation:
a. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
b. Generate regular reports on project status, including progress, issues, and solutions, to keep all parties informed and facilitate decision-making.
c. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to control costs and maximize profitability.
