Job Description

• Prepare and submit MSRA prior to the commencement of work
• Liaise with SO team to clear off inspection.
• Lead the site supervisor in clearing off site inspection, and to check and ensure that the work is carried out safely as per drawing, and is of good quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractor to resolve the issues and to ensure that the work is carried out as per approved MSRA & design, and to meet the schedules.
• Check and ensure all the temporary work is carried out as per PE design.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical, or a related field.
• Min 2 to 3 Years Relevant Work Experience (MEICA)
• Proficient in English writing and speaking.
• Microsoft application (words, excel, ppt etc)

• Responsible for landscape works related to Site Supervisor / Coordinator duties.

· Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trade implementation on site.

· Ensure works are carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method of statements, master programme and consultants site instructions.

· Liaise with Clients, Consultants, RE / RTO to carry out site inspection and attend weekly /monthly meeting.

· Manage procurement of all site resources including sub-contractors, suppliers, manpower, materials and machinery etc. Scheduling manpower, materials and equipment on site, carry out materials and equipment receiving, inspection and maintaining record. All delivery order must be returned to office for record.

· Monitor and control material unsafe on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

· Assist project manager or project engineer with any other duties as assigned.

• Bilingualism (English and Mandarin).

• Driving liense class 3.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily site activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work programs.
• Coordinate with different departments concerning the site work activities.
• Work closely with sub-cons, and highlight any work-related matters for the team's discussion and solutions.
• Supervise works on-site for proper work execution and safety.
• Handle any engineering/technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reporting and maintain records that are up to date.
• Familiar with and able to understand general contracts and various tender documents.
• Able to provide budget costs or estimates as per instruction.
• Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation.
• Able to look for solutions regarding any technical problems during the tender.
• Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow-up on bills and quantities.
• To evaluate and check on market unit rates monthly/Quarterly for material and labor costs.
• To attend site showground for those tenders that we are interested in.
• To reply to tender clarification, preparation for tender interview, and presentation.
• Able to communicate with BCA or other Departments in dealing with certificates and licensing.
• Able to do any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with min 3 years local experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision under a tight schedule.
• Possess initiative, willing to multi-task, and be able to work independently.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken.
