· The Facade Design Manager is responsible for leading the design, build and engineering of building facades to ensure that they meet safety, performance, and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in facade design, strong technical knowledge of facade materials and systems, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Planning and managing resources during the design phase of projects to achieve maximum resource efficiency

Salary: S$3,000

Work Duration: Till 31 August 2024 (May extend till 30 September 2024 depending on project requirements)

Working Hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week.

Work Location: Clarke Quay/Novena (Work In Office)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls (in the first 2 months) and field visits to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information
• Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey
• Schedule interview appointments with respondents
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in responses by means of appropriate questioning and explanation
• Explain survey objectives to respondent
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Respond to queries from respondents in a professional manner
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Communications Skills | Microsoft Excel | Travel in Singapore to do face-to-face surveys
• Selected candidates are required to complete the training course and passed the tests based on the given criteria
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys
• Excellent customer service skills - Focus on quality and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Able to work in high pressure, stressful situations

• Answer call & reply email
• Sourcing of suppliers based on purchase order requested from operation department
• Assess supplier's product quality & price before proceed in making decision for order placing.
• Perform filing & data administration into company's system.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Site Admin Assistant

• Handle manpower record
• Raise purchase order to purchasing team based on order request from site staff
• Check on order received based on delivery order & purchase order to ensure they're in order
• Assist HR in tracking & maintaining document in relevant to manpower such as attendance, training record & dormitory info.
• Proper filing maintenance
• Order of stationery & ensure maintenance of office equipment such as drinking water supply, printer and etc.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 'N' Level
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Word & Excel
