The Digital Production Artist (Freelance On-Site) is responsible for re-creating image assets based on supplied artwork and and localising assets based on the requirements for each locale. 9. Ensure workers attendance records, disciplinary, performance, attitude, and health being.

10. To resolve disputes and problems of the workers in the team and report to the superior in time; assist the company to deal with other related issues of workers in this team.

11. Site inspections, compliance checks, Material management, Equipment maintenance, supervision.

12. Other work-related duty assigned by project in-charge

• Assistant Operation Manager to be in-charge of Site Office.
• Supervise and manage on-coming mother vessels and barges to ensure smooth unloading process to our site stockpile.
• Coordinating with our subcontractors and with Main Contractors
• Coordinating with the Berth Operator & Stevedoring team to ensure smooth discharging.
• Collection, safeguarding and maintaining records of Sand & Aggregate sample.
• Perform general administration and maintaining safety & security at the site office and work site.
• Comply with all regulations and safety practices at all times.
• Assist in the monitoring of project implementation and prepare reports when necessary.
• Overseas manpower management at the work site.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience in site management
• Minimum bachelor holder in related fields
• Able to write and speak well in English
• Able to independently manage a team of workers
