   Report any accidents or safety violations promptly.
   
4. Communication and Reporting:Serve as the primary point of contact for the project manager and other stakeholders.
   Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to project managers or clients.
   Maintain clear communication with all team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project goals.
   Address any concerns or queries from workers, subcontractors, or clients.
   
5. Scheduling and Time Management:Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
   Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to the site to avoid delays.
   Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen issues.
   
6. Problem Solving and Decision Making:Resolve conflicts or disputes between workers, contractors, or other parties involved in the project.
   Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays that could impact the construction timeline.
   Make decisions related to daily operations and site issues.
   
7. Budget and Cost Control:Monitor site expenses and ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
   Work with project managers to ensure materials, labor, and equipment costs are controlled.
   Track inventory of materials and request orders when necessary.
   
8. Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, incidents, safety reports, and inspections.
   Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and documentation for the site.
   

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:singapore Skill Certificate or equivalent;
  Proven experience as a construction supervisor or site manager.
  In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  
  
• Physical Requirements:Ability to walk, stand, and inspect work sites for extended periods.
  Capable of lifting moderate to heavy materials and equipment when needed.
  Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Looking for a Site Supervisor to support in a Water Treatment Plant Project in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

Taking the lead in coordinating with our appointed Contractor in ensuring that the necessary documentation; Project Schedule, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, tooling list, inspection checklist, or any other documentation as required for the project, are prepared and submission on time. They will need to be approved before commencement of work.

· Supervise the installation of fibre optic cable and ensure that all design documentation is complete and provided to the contractor, prior to the start of the work to ensure a smooth installation and commissioning activities.

· To conduct pre-installation workshop with Client, facility owner and contractor to ensure clarity of work scope and resolve any conflicts identified.

· To conduct the Room “Hand over Take Over” procedure from the respective facility owner, prior to the start of work.

· Ensure teams have compliance to the Project’s Health and Safety requirements for all personnel working in this project.

· Ensure all necessary Permit to Work are taken and approved prior to start of work

· Coordination with Client and Facility owners to ensure timely start of work and to resolve any site installation issues that may occur during the site work.

· Supervise, support and direct commissioning activities and the contractors to ensure that all work are done as per design and in a safe manner.

· Proactively monitor and Control of the project installation and commissioning work as per plan and highlight any issues in advance and to lead in resolving them

· On-time submission of daily report, report of any issue identified during the site work and driving for a resolution plan, and any other reports/update as required by the PM

· Ensure drawing markup to reflect as per actual installation vs design

Desired Characteristics:

· Diploma/Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar field.

· At least 5 years’ experience in site installation and Commissioning work, preferably involving in Control Systems and Electrical System at a construction site

· Preferably with Confined Space certification / Work at Height certification / Singapore Regulatory certification for working in construction site

· Familiar with the local regulatory and project requirement for construction work in Singapore

· Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.

· A collaborative approach to working, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
