• Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential / A&A development projects.
• Familiarity with local regulations and experience in authority submissions.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with experience in lift and elevator installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently install lifts and elevators.

Lead, manage, supervise and train a team of workers on-site.

Oversee safety and production processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Handle basic communication in English and Chinese for coordination and reporting.

Monitor and resolve on-site installation challenges effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lift and elevator installation.

Ability to lead a team and teach workers.

Knowledge of safety standards and production management.

Basic proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Strong understanding of installation techniques and equipment handling.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, and other systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Management of projects undertaken by ITS Science & Medical in Singapore or regional areas.

2. Plan and coordinate site activities with Vendors/Contractors.

3. Attend regular meetings with consultant / client / main contractor.

4. Update management of the progress of the projects assigned.

5. Ensure Workplace Safety and Health is implemented at site.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Possesses a Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or related.

2. 3-5 years of relevant work experience handling projects.

3. Team player with a great can-do attitude.

4. Outgoing personality.

• Oversee all site projects operations, functions and requirements
• Able to coordinate with contractor, sub-contractors & consultants
• Coordinate sub-contracts and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings as and when required
• To ensure works are being carried out safely and in accordance with the latest WSH Act provision
• To ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of works with respect to the targeted schedule
• All issues concern on site works
• To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
