JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Project management involving Plumbing & Sanitary.

REQUIREMENTS:

Job Requirement

Job Description

1. Oversee the works on equipment structures, installations, deployments, facilities, and equipment being deployed at sites.

2. Plan and work out the resource provision requirements, work, schedule, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for works at sites.

3. Review planned work schedule and method statements prior to commencement of site work activities.

4. Ensure that works are carried out accordingly to design, meeting the safety, health, environmental and comfort requirement for stakeholders.

5. Identify defects and damages at the site infrastructures, including equipment and facilities, as well as theft, accidents, and incidents.

6. Carry out safety training to instil safety awareness. Ensure safety rules and regulations at sites are adhered to by all site personnel.

7. Be part of Safety Committee and ensure compliance to safety, health and environmental requirements including Authority Code of Practices (COP) and WSH, MOH & MOM Guidelines.

8. Resolve any unexpected problems or difficulties that may arise at sites.

10. Prepare regular reports to update site progress, resource utilisation, requirements, past and on-going activities, etc.

Job Description:
Technical Software Services

• System software maintenance: Routine maintenance, installation, upgrades of Windows OS; using guides and configuration services, and system image creation and maintenance
• Application Software Services: OFFICE series software; IE series software and other business software systems installation, maintenance, and upgrades
• User Guidance Services: Resolve client issues with commonly used software operation, hardware problems encountered, and provide basic training
• Virus Protection Maintenance: Installation of antivirus software, updates for antivirus databases, and removal of viruses from client terminals

Hardware Maintenance

• Hardware installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installation
• Detection, localization, and troubleshooting of hardware faults
• Provide hardware repair and delivery services
• Ensure stable operation of hardware (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.) through routine maintenance to extend hardware lifespan
• Provide guidance and training on hardware usage, software operation, and internet use based on customer needs and actual conditions to enhance customers’ computer skills and efficiency
• Assist in the numbering and registration of existing equipment, and compiling statistics on maintenance costs

Network Issues

• Network connections and troubleshooting from switches to terminals

Helpdesk Service

• Handle and resolve tickets assigned by the Call Center timely
• Address other Helpdesk tasks when required

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Information Technology or a related field, with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with various Windows OS and computer hardware (desktop computers, laptops, etc.)
• Familiar with general network hardware and capable of performing basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks
• Familiar with the configuration of various application software
• Good customer communication skills and the ability to plan and organize work

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination of work with clients/subcontractors to ensure on-time completion, attend site project meetings and produce daily work progress reports
• Planning, scheduling and supervision of execution of site works
• To prepare method of statements and risk assessment for all activities
• To review construction methods put forth by sub-contractors or foremen and then proposed to consultant for approval prior to construction.
• Ensure safety regulations at construction site are strictly followed
• Provide technical advice and supervision to site personnel to ensure that work on site is carried out according to specifications and requirements
• Identify any discrepancies in drawings and resolve it promptly
• Willing to travel island-wide to work sites
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager
• class 3 driving license is preferred
• Diploma/Degree holder in Construction / Building / Civil Structural / Architectural / M&E Engineering or related discipline
• Familarity With AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Able to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, shop and related drawings

Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work

Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme

Handle of technical and engineering problems

Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule

Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time

Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary

Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat

Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily production reports.
• Perform accurate data entry for production reports.
• Verify and receive incoming shipments.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
