Job Description

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall financial and operational excellence for the various departments : Logistics, Installation and Maintenance & Repair;
• Perform strategic planning including the setting of specific KPIs for each department;
• Plan and ensure continuous improvements of service & operational delivery processes;
• Take ownership of & be involved in the annual budget process;
• Ensure that all contractual deliveries are fulfilled;
• Responsible for work safety measures & risk assessment for various departments;
• Any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by reporting manager and/or management

Requirements

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
• Minimum diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration & M&E systems.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customer-centric skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
