• Stock checking for supplies including printing papers, stationaries and pantry supplies
• Liaising with third parties in deliveries of office supplies.
• Processing regular mails and registered mails to be posted.
• Manage the maintenance of equipment in mailroom
• Handle and process requests for staff name cards
• Escort supplier to top up stores and paper supplies, and contractors/vendors technician within the office for respective works.

Job Requirement:

• Min O Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec or Equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good organisational skills
• Mature and able to work independently
• IT skills including use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of customer service
• Able to handle administrative tasks
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in an office environment performing administrative duties
• Working experience in mailroom functions and/or front desk would be an advantage
