Job Description

• Organize and Process Financial Transactions: keying data, sorting documents
• Record-Keeping: Up-to-date journal entries to ensure accurate financial data to track existing assets and liabilities. Handle records for inventory, payments, and expenses.
• Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations to ensure line items add up properly.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining Report: reconcile transaction, budget, and expense reports for monthly reporting
• Contributing to Financial Statement Preparation: Assist accountants by compiling data and checking it against internal records.
• Quality Control and Accuracy Checks: Review organizational financial data to ensure it is both accurate and up to date and report them to senior staff members.
• HR Management: Assist in checking and processing of Payrolls.
• Assist with Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Other ad-hoc, office-related duties. These tasks include answering phones, organizing mail, and ordering office supplies.
• Assist and support for Accounting/Admin/HR Managements

Job Requirement

• Minimum 'O' Level qualification or equivalent
• Candidates with basic accounting knowledge
• Familiarity with accounting principles
• 1–2 years of experience in the accounting field preferred
• Prior accounting experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to work independently
