• Oversee, manage, and organize all site activities related to surveying.
• Establish survey points and levels at the project site.
• Plan and coordinate daily surveying operations effectively.
• Ensure proper maintenance of surveying equipment, such as Total Stations and leveling instruments.
• Support the production team in creating shop drawings, as-built survey drawings, and performing setting-out tasks when needed.
• Guarantee that all survey readings are conducted promptly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Participate in site meetings and collaborate closely with clients on land surveying issues.
• Conduct site inspections periodically to ensure adherence to project quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities
• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)
• Set up and maintain project control system, planning, work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects
• Implement various quality, safety, and environmental management systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.
• Shall be able to manage and lead the Projects Department and proven experience in construction project planning especially specialize in architectural coordination and have sound knowledge in construction methods and practices.
• Strong in IT-based project management software such as MS Projects & Excel.
• Prefer with R&R / Town Council project experience
• Only Singaporean and PR ,Malaysian are welcome. Must possess a relevant degree in Building or Engineering.

Job Description

To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.

To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirements

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experiences in Structural Steel, Formwork（HDB, MRT PROJECT) will be advantageous.

Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.

Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
