• Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
• Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc
• Attend site meetings with site agent & sub-contractors
• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking sub-contractors
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work at dusty environment

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To assist Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Specialist in screeding, tiling, pebble wash, brickworks skills.
• To coordinate among sub-contractors and workers.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Requirements :

• Min 6 years and above of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
• Independent with good communication skills and leadership quality to supervise workers
• Positive working attitude and a team player
• Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage

Oversight day to day site progress on mechanical and electrical installations in fire protection system

Materials take off for mechanical and electrical installation in fire protection system and place order to managament

Coordination between multiple trade on site installation

Liaise with main contractor for project scheduling

Update shop drawing in cad file for as built creation and update main contractor

Represent company on site progress meeting

Respond emergency calls from maintenance sites and activate manpower
