Our major Oil & Energy Downstream Client is looking for Cost Engineer who will be responsible for developing turnaround event budgets and cost estimates for all phases as well as controlling, forecasting and reporting turnaround event costs in all phases.

• Must understand and is responsible for the practical application of enterprise turnaround Standards including, but not limited to:
• AMS Turnaround Work Process
