· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.

· Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues;

· Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.

· Health & Safety/ Environment: To assist environmental aspects and impacts, and other environmental . Ensure site operations to comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health and safety.

“Discovery squad” is the team responsible for building products and features around increasing organic traffic to key pages like the homepage, listing pages and landing pages while improving the experience for search and recommendations. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical calculations, cost estimates, and technical curves for tender submissions.
• Analyze design requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

• To plan with Director of Engineering and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.
