· Assist in preparing civil and structural designs and contract specifications

· Coordinate work with other disciplines such as civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical.

· Prepare and compile related report

· Planning physical works on site through scheduling works and agreed timelines, sequencing of construction works

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years’ civil site experience

· Experience in LTA project will be an added advantage

· Able to work under fast paced environment

· Degree in Civil Engineering

- Site Manager to manage project construction site operations and oversee all the related projects

- To ensure project schedule delivered on time and followed according to project specification

- To ensure project site safety and coordinate with clients / consultants / engineers and other relavant parties

- To manage daily site activities and supervise strictly for the quality of works

- Preparation of site daily report and documentations

· To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work;

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards;

· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;

· To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers;

· To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule;

· Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings;

· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers;

· Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship;

· Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly;

· Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
