• Leads multiple project teams of other software engineers and firmware engineers, including internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms from NPI through Sustaining.

This position is for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer responsible for partnering with both IT design teams and Level 2 Service Desk to provide support for core infrastructure and desktop technologies standard operating environment. It also involves hardware asset management. Managing the IT stockroom inventory to ensure enough stock is available for the base operations.

Responsibilities:

• Primary deskside support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management.
