• Prepare QBR data on relevant sections
• Prepare weekly/ monthly reports as requested by customers and management

4. Order Processing

• Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order
• Prepares samples, price estimates and quotations within customer’s expectations and timeframe
• Creates work orders for production and replacement work orders if necessary
• Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection
• Manage customer’s product content effectively

5. Material Planning

• Plan and make purchase requisition for necessary materials to ensure materials availability in meeting production needs while minimizing inventory holding/costs
• Manages inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods
• Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner

6. Productivity and Innovation

• Identify potential improvement initiatives
• Implement feasible improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and/or economy

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
• 1 – 2 years of experience in operations/supply chain environment (Program Administrator)
• 3 – 5 years of experience in operations/supply chain environment (Senior Program Administrator)
• Strong interpersonal skills with good presentation and communication abilities
• Independent and proactive, with strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in printing and packaging industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in MRP and SAP systems will be added advantage

- The Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Asset Maintenance Engineer leads in the operations and maintenance of solar PV ,Hot water and ESS

- Establishes new methods to optimise system performance and improve maintenance processes.

- He/She prepares cost estimates for maintenance and verifies claims on repair works.

- He/She occasionally works outdoors at solar PV, Hot water and ESS sites.

- He/She is systematic and has good problem-solving skills in leading the operations and maintenance works

- He/She has good leadership and communication skills to engage his/her stakeholders.
