(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Minimum 6 years’ engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification / Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the SO.
• At least 3 years’ experience in main contractor on projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil Projects.

Job Description

• Prepare and submit MSRA prior to the commencement of work
• Liaise with SO team to clear off inspection.
• Lead the site supervisor in clearing off site inspection, and to check and ensure that the work is carried out safely as per drawing, and is of good quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractor to resolve the issues and to ensure that the work is carried out as per approved MSRA & design, and to meet the schedules.
• Check and ensure all the temporary work is carried out as per PE design.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical, or a related field.
• Min 2 to 3 Years Relevant Work Experience (MEICA)
• Proficient in English writing and speaking.
• Microsoft application (words, excel, ppt etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of low-voltage (LV) electrical installation projects, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and technical documents, while using AutoCAD software to create, update, and revise electrical drawings as required. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for on-site electrical installations.
• Prepare work schedules, allocate resources to meet project timelines, and maintain accurate records of site activities, materials usage, and project milestones.
• Report progress and address any issues to project managers and stakeholders promptly.
• Ensure that all electrical installations meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce adherence to safety protocols on-site.
• Act as a point of contact between the project team and site personnel, effectively communicating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years local LV (low voltage) electrical installation projects background.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drawings is essential.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred to communicate with Chinese-speaking site personnel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for reliability, availability, user experience, capacity planning, toil reduction, process enhancement and digitalization of the cloud-based internet services.

• Handle SRE role for assigned cloud services owning the KPIs for reliability, issue to resolution, service deployment, business continuity management, security policy planning, capacity planning, toil reduction through automation.

• Introduce service governance initiatives based on latest technologies to consistently increase reliability and user experience components of Huawei mobile services on cloud to provide world class user experience with high reliability.

• Effectively utilize our world class AIOPS and autonomous service governance platform to ideate new ways to streamline process, accuracy of alerts, time series-based trend analysis, anomaly detection, risk identifications.

• Support platform/service expansions, migrations to new architectures, upgrades and drill activities across different technology domains.

• Incorporate mature chaos engineering for risk identification, IPDRR for security, comprehensive automation frameworks to reduce ops effort to reach lowest possible level and make time, space for engineering related focus for the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of computer science engineering or related majors

• Have knowledge of Linux, Network, Database,Containers, Container management systems, etc.

• Have knowledge of at least one programming language or scripting such as Java, Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform

• Have knowledge in big data analytics.

• Explored new technology trends, opensource technologies, methodologies in internet service domain.
