Job Description:

• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Provide technical support to solve all electrical wiring and installation job.
• Control and update daily materials usage.
• Ensuring that all technical and maintenance problems issue is handled in a timely manner.
• To liaise with all parties involved in the project including consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and etc.
• To assist in prepare information to office to prepare progressive claims and VO.
• To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superiors.

Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc

Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc
• Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
• Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant

Requirements:

• NTC/Nitec/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in construction industry
• Possess M&E Coordination Certificate or CoreTrade Supervisor for M&E
• Experienced in Electrical/Mechanical Construction Works
• Candidate must be able to hands-on whenever project requires.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Corporate Infrastructure Office for a 12-month contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and contract terms. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in project management and site supervision within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise contractor work to ensure adherence to design intent, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain a detailed Site Diary documenting events and daily activities.
• Attend and contribute to site progress, technical, and consultant meetings.
• Monitor contractor installation details to ensure compliance with CP/manufacturer instructions.
• Ensure timely submission, review, and approval of shop drawings, technical submittals, and samples.
• Prepare and update lists of outstanding/non-compliant works for discussion at site/progress meetings.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule and provide monthly updates.
• Resolve coordination issues with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning schedules.
• Track and compile Defects Lists with consultants and/or contractors.
• Lead and attend inspections and testing & commissioning activities requested by facilities management and other stakeholders.
• Manage and execute special projects or tasks as directed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architectural/Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant site experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy.
• Familiarity with the inspection process in a healthcare or relevant built environment sector.
• Experience in supervising Additions and Alterations works in a healthcare or similar sector.
• Strong project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting; knowledge of 3D SketchUp software is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and manage project schedules using project management tools or Excel.
• Capable of multi-tasking and performing effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
