职位要求：
• 经验要求： 至少一年相关工作经验；
• 语言能力： 需要求职者使用中文和老板、工地管理人员进行沟通；

• 学历要求： 要求是土木工程相关专业；
• 其他要求：

• 具备较强的沟通能力和协调能力，熟悉施工现场管理工作，能够解决现场技术问题。
• 能够接受合理的加班需求，适应现场的工作环境

岗位职责：
• 负责现场施工技术管理，确保施工质量和进度；
• 参与施工图纸的审核和技术交底，确保工程按图施工；
• 协调各施工班组的工作，确保施工现场的顺利进行；
• 及时发现施工中存在的技术问题并提出解决方案；
• 负责现场施工日志的填写和现场问题的汇报；
• 配合项目经理进行现场施工的质量检查和安全监督。
