• Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
• Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required
• Proficient in MS Office
• A class 3 driving license is required

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will lead teams, ensure compliance with SOPs, and coordinate efforts to complete projects on time while reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site operations and lead teams to ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage and guide workers to perform tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager, ensuring smooth execution and providing necessary support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of resolving issues independently and efficiently.
