Summary

Job Description & Requirements

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement
• Completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to provide Level 2 technical support

. The ideal candidate will handle critical tasks such as transaction investigations, scheme rejections, dashboard creation, application monitoring, and incident resolution, while ensuring seamless operations in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide Level 2 technical support for the application.
   • Investigate transaction inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
2. Monitoring and Analysis:
   • Create dashboards in Kibana for real-time monitoring of critical applications.
   • Fetch and analyze application logs from Kibana and Linux servers to investigate issues.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
   • Write and execute SQL queries to extract data for business requirements.
   • Generate financial reports in Oracle to meet audit and compliance needs.
4. Incident and Change Management:
   • Provide 24/7 support to resolve P1 incidents within SLAs.
   • Create and implement change requests for bug fixes, OS/server patching, and application restarts.
   • Support all infrastructure-level activities for the applications.
5. Disaster Recovery (DR) Support:
   • Deliver 24/7 DR support for the business.
6. Documentation and Process Improvement:
   • Prepare knowledge transfer (KT) documents for new processes and technical troubleshooting.
   • Investigate deviations from standard processes and escalate as per the escalation matrix.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in transaction processing platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in generating reports in Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Kibana for dashboard creation and log analysis.
• Solid understanding of Linux servers and command-line tools.
• Experience with change management processes, including OS/server patching and application maintenance.
• Proven ability to handle P1 incidents under tight SLAs in a 24/7 support environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting merchant acquiring or payment gateway applications in a Bank
• Experience of financial transaction workflows, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.

• 24/7 support , willing to work in rotational shifts
• Willingness to support disaster recovery operations and participate in weekend or after-hours maintenance activities.

Job Title: Site Engineer (Electrical) (ID5084)
Location: Paya Lebar / On site
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am – 4pm
Salary: $2800 - $4000

Job Description:
• Capable of reading electrical and ELV drawing schematic diagram drawing.
• To coordinate and liaise with Client/Sub-Contractor on project and maintenance related matters to ensure to smooth execution of site work.
• Able to review and understand contract specification, prepare and submit variation order as according to the requirement.
• Able to perform engineering design, load and fault calculation.
• Able to resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning and testing.
• Ensure the installation works are done according to the approved shop drawing, method statement, project specifications and relevant standards.
• Attend regular site meetings with Client/Sub-Contractor to discuss and resolve the site matters.
• To assist Project/Site/Construction Manager on in handling and monitoring the project progress.

Requirement:
• ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project management handling for industrial or commercial purpose.
• Experience in MRT Project is a bonus.
• Knowledge in designing phases or street lighting works related is a bonus.
• A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.
