Job Responsibilities:
1.Thoroughly understand and monitor the entire semiconductor assembly and testing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
2.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
3.Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Develop and implement supplier quality management plans, including setting performance metrics and conducting regular evaluations. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
4.Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. As a contact window to coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and procurement to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. On-site monitor urgent shipment order status
5.Analyze quality data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance and reduce quality costs.
Participate in cross-functional teams to address complex quality issues and drive innovation in the supply chain.
6.Be responsible for handling abnormal situations and preparing for customer audits.
Handle hold lot and take appropriate actions to resolve issues and release the lots in a timely manner.
7.Customer RMA case handling, FA analysis and 8D report.
Qualifications:
1.Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the semiconductor assembly and testing industry, including the latest technologies and trends.
2.Demonstrate significant experience in supplier management, with a proven track record of improving supplier quality and performance.
3.Have strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. Fluency in these languages is highly desirable as it will facilitate effective communication with suppliers and internal teams across different regions.Knowledge of Thai language is a plus.
4.Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.
6.Have a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or supply chain management.
7.Be willing to travel frequently between Malaysia and Thailand to conduct on-site audits and meetings with suppliers.
