Industry/ Organization Type: Waste Management Company

Position Title: Site Supervisor

Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; Saturday, 8am – 12pm - 5.5 days

Salary Package: Basic + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth waste collection operations.
• Collaborate with site coordinators to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
• Manage project timelines, customer specifications, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and mitigate site risks, managing workers and subcontractors to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and adjust operations based on changing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies, and review daily work activities.
• Train workers on new tasks and equipment, and provide transport to and from job sites, including for emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Safety Orientations Course (Power Plant & Construction).
• 1+ year scaffolding experience and knowledge of WSH regulations.
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Supervise Work At Height Course (Good to have)
