Purpose:

To independently handle sustainability deliverables, manage various scope of works defined by corporate or project team effectively and efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines and budget; assist lead engineer or manager in research and development task and resolve any arising issues during sustainability implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with different disciplines to collect the Lessons Learnt and Life Cycle value improvement ideas, to sort out into different categories and to update/improve design standards.
• Proposes, conducts, and participates studies of new technology related to Company business, such as CO2 emission calculation and reduction, decarbonatization, Ammonia and so on.

• Independently communicates with all stakeholders, i.e., consultant, classification body, clients, internal engineering disciplines and implements the sustainability program as required by client specification or classification notation (ABS SUSTAIN and DNV ABATE etc.).
• Provides technical advice pertaining sustainability related topic during project bidding / FEED, EPCI and operational stage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/mechanical/ship building/environmental/chemical/Electrical engineering/computer science etc. or above. Alternatively, Diploma in Engineering with relevant years of working experience.

Overall Job Purpose

The AVEVA NET is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining project-specific AVEVA Net/AIM and ISM systems. This role ensures efficient data capture, verification, and seamless handover processes, aligning with project requirements and corporate objectives.

Core Responsibilities

System Administration

1. Act as the single point of contact for setting up, maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting AVEVA NET systems across all projects.
2. Configure and maintain AVEVA NET portals, including gateway configurations and ongoing updates.
3. Establish and manage Class Libraries, defining structures and mapping techniques in ISM.

Project Support

1. Coordinate with engineering disciplines, project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
2. Develop data capture, validation, loading, and handover workflows to meet project schedules and client requirements.
3. Generate Query Forms, SSRS, and BI reports to identify data discrepancies, omissions, and completion trends.
4. Create project portals that reflect client-defined class libraries, data structures, and handover requirements.

1. Train users on AVEVA NET applications, developing clear work instructions and guidance materials.
2. Promote a data-centric culture through effective portal deployment and information management advocacy.

• Interfaces with pre-ops, operations, and client representatives as required.

Education & Certification

• Training and certification in AVEVA NET administration.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience with AVEVA NET in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas projects or FPSO operations.
• Proficiency in AVEVA NET/AIM, AVEVA ISM, and associated gateway administration and implementation.
• Expertise in mapping company data structures to client requirements and managing FEED and Detailed Design deliverables.
• Prior experience in engineering information management for major capital projects.
• Experience with AVEVA Net Portal and ISM development and administration.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of AVEVA registers, gateways, and their interfaces with client systems.
• Familiarity with Engineering Design software, including AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Engineering (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and programming languages like Aveva PML and .NET.
