Functional

Co-ordinate and provide effective back-office support, not limited to the followings:

1. Transaction Processing:

4. Defect Management:

• Log and track defects using a defect management tool, providing detailed descriptions and reproduction steps.
• Work closely with project team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

About the Role

As Category Manager for Infrastructure and Cloud, you will be part of the TPC ISIT Sourcing team and will report to the Director, Head of Category. You will work closely with both corporate in Telenor and all Business Units.
