ROLE

1. Job Responsibility:

1. Strategy Planning:

• Collaborate with other department team to develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan.

Primary Responsibilities

Bar Operation and Beverage Production

• Prepare the bar counter and mise en place for operation, ensuring everything's set before hours commence.
• Create and maintain an innovative cocktail menu and beverage program aligned with the bar's concept. Present ideas to the Director of Food and Beverage.
• Conduct market research to enhance product offerings.
• Implement periodic and seasonal menu updates.
• Operate advanced bar equipment and ensure sustainable practices.

Collaboration and Networking

• Build and nurture relationships with top bars across Asia and globally, fostering guest shifts and regional collaborations.

Inventory Management

• Oversee stock requisition, collection, replenishment, and disposal. Conduct daily inventory checks.

Quality Control and Guest Experience

• Ensure beverage production meets outlet standards and recipes, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain efficiency in bar counter work, pantry, and service preparations.

Support and Training

• Assist in hosting and floor service duties as needed.
• Perform opening and closing shift responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar bartending role within a luxury environment, with experience in recognized bars.
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
• Has a passion for Food & Beverage. Problem-solving skills, creative with an eye for detail, team-oriented management approach, and capability to build cross-departmental relationships. Must be well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Administrative knowledge of F&B operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer systems, and POS systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, organize and manage the Procurement and Supplier Management processes for the assigned Plant under Power & Renewables located in Singapore.
• Liaise with Plant/Project Manager, Section Manager/Head and Engineer to understand their current and anticipated demand for goods, services and works. Integrate the technical requirements into the Procurement Plan and to support in new Tender sourcing.
• Engage in sourcing, evaluating and qualifying of new suppliers. Conduct performance evaluation for existing suppliers on an annual basis.
• Identify and develop alternative suppliers and support cost reduction programmes.
• Handle and manage RFQ/RFP, commercial evaluations, price and T&Cs negotiation, PO/Contract award and PO/Contract administration to final delivery and PO close out - Ensure the Company's best interest is consistently achieved.
• Procure, administer, develop and manage all tenders, contracts in accordance with safety and budgetary requirements, technical specifications, contract and procurement guidelines.
• Ensure that the procurement process is in adherence to Company and Client requirements, Company policies and procedures.
• Work with applicable staff to research and resolve supplier issues which has been escalated and/or advise the assigned Plant as appropriate.
• Build and develop relationships with suppliers and contractors, manage relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
• Undertake tasks, activities and assignments at the direction of the Procurement Manager.
• Ensure that the monthly procurement reports and cost saving / cost avoidance statistics are reported on-time to the Procurement Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent business studies with more than 3 years of procurement experience, preferably with experience in Plants Operations & Maintenance environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).

• A good team player who is able to build rapport with a diverse workforce in a multi-cultural setting and work well with other departments and internal stakeholders.

1) RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as the primary point of contact for DC Consultants and selected DC Key Accounts, collaborating internally to champion customers’ needs and drive outcomes.

- Create mapping for individual DC Consultant and regularly track progress.

- Actively promote Hoppecke DC solutions to increase market awareness and acceptance.

- Position Hoppecke’s DC solutions as primary offerings in DC Consultants & customers’ designs.

- Expectation to specify on design level (pre-tender).

- Provide prompt technical support to DC consultants or customers during the project process.

- Liaising with product/technical/back-office teams from factories, regional technical team.

- Work closely with the Sales Team on deal capture.

- Feedback on competitions solutions updates in the market.

- Regularly update activities via CRM platform (Sales force) to track opportunities pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise Plumbing & Sanitary installation works.
- Discuss with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers and Consultant if necessary.
- Documentation of method statement and work procedures.
- To develop, monitor, and review site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
- Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.

Working Day: 6 days per week

Job Requirements

Min 3 years experience in similar experience and managing a few sites.
Knowledge of Plumbing/Sanitary and Gas as an Advantage.

TECHNICAL MANAGER Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert for detailed design and construction aspects of the project

• Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the internal team members, client, consulting engineers and contractors

• Perform expediting actions in sourcing technical information, submission of data/method statement for installation, delivery and transport of materials/equipment, storage and issuance for site installation works

• Prepare detailed installation plans, methodology, processes and procedures for support of construction team

• Propose and oversee timelines for engineering proposals and submissions are met

• Check and confirm the accuracy of submissions from contractors, vendors and suppliers for the work to be performed, coordinate and ensure approvals are received from client in timely manner

• Set up procedure and processes in monitoring and tracking of engineering related documentation throughout project lifestyle

• Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors

• Prepare and deliver various installation/erection or construction related presentations, both internally and externally
