The Role

This is a role based in the Information Systems (IT) team and you will be responsible for administering and optimizing our CRM system to support our fast-growing commercial environment. Your expertise will ensure our core systems are reliable, accurate, and tailored to day-to-day user needs while delivering key insights to leadership.

Job Responsibilities

1. System Administration Support:

• Provide system administration support for CRM systems, particularly related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
• Customize the CRM platform by creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data and create reports to gain insights into team operations and productivity.
• Leverage CRM data to enhance customer engagement and retention.

6. Training and Documentation:

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for CRM users.
• Create user guides and documentation to assist users in navigating the CRM system effectively.
• Develop other project required documentations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) and project management certification.
• Proven experience in CRM administration and configuration, with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• Complete at least 1-3 end-to-end Full implementation cycle and projects involving over 100 users.
• Excellent and proven interpersonal skills, and strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence/persuade as well as engender trust and respect.
• Demonstrable experience of applying effective problem identification and problem-solving techniques

OVERVIEW

Overall supervision of the School East and School West junior finance team to ensure that accounts

are closed timely on a monthly basis as well as year-end closing. To assist in the development, performance and maintenance of the financial activities of the organization.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Supervision of junior staff, train and appraise them

• Daily/ weekly checking of POs, AR, staff claims and Giro payment

• Monthly audit schedule and Balance Sheet reconciliation

• Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce content that resonates with both new and existing customers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to boost engagement and ROI. Utilize data insights to improve messaging, targeting, and tactics continuously.
• Support Business Goals: Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, rider recruitment, and other key business initiatives by creating marketing materials and strategies for maximum visibility and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups or the mobile internet industry.
• Familiarity with the Singapore market and an understanding of local user habits and culture.
• Strong skills in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in online and offline marketing techniques, channels, and tools.
• Passion and interest in the local delivery industry.
