Job Purpose

The WREF & EHS, Site Lead is responsible for the management and delivery of workplace, infrastructure and services at the commercial sites encompassing Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, and ensuring that these supports and facilitate all business operations. Job Description & Requirements:

• Review of civil & Structural working drawings and shop drawings in connection with SEM and steel structure shop drawings during pre-construction phase to prepare construction methods, identifying risks to promote strategies and alternative methodologies to mitigate.
• Organizing regular meetings with the sub-contractor's technical teams to resolve technical problems in pre-construction and construction phase.
• Working closely with Design team and LTA/QPS (client) to resolve execution issues with appropriate functional proposals with an aid of presentation or sketches.
• Preparing method statement for construction working including RA and SWP.
• Prepare of RFI for site inspection for construction, MPI test, welding works and post concrete works and also involving in site inspection with QP.
• Reviewing of rebar BBS prepared by sub-con in compliance with standards and shop drawings roof slabs, steel structures and corbel details for precast installation.
• Site Supervision of construction of structures such as pile cap, undergrounds tanks, base slab, column (~12m high) including corbel, RC beams, Capping beam, RC and PC beam connections, ramps, steel and RC struts, hanging sumps and staircases.
• Reviewing and site supervision of surface water drain and waterproofing shop drawings and site work.

Responsibilities

• Manage scalable and resilient infrastructure using cloud solutions
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to track system health and performance across application and data systems.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure management, or DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (preferable), with a focus on deploying and managing infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (preferably ArgoCD, Helm Charts, or similar DevOps tools) for automation of deployment and infrastructure processes.
• Strong background in Linux environments, including bash scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools for altering and dashboards.
• Experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code is preferred.
• Azure Administrator Certification (or equivalent) and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification preferred.
