About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join us on this journey. Job Purpose

The WREF & EHS, Site Lead is responsible for the management and delivery of workplace, infrastructure and services at the commercial sites encompassing Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, and ensuring that these supports and facilitate all business operations. The role provides senior leadership and direction to their organisation (contract partners), delivering a coherent, joined up approach to employee experience and aligning to their customers business strategy.

The Site Lead will serve as the primary liaison with the businesses at the site level, or stakeholders. The infrastructure and services at the site level are provided by contract partners, and as such, the Site Lead will ensure effective local governance of contracted relationships.

This role will be charged with developing the business plan for the site portfolio, on-boarding new sites and delivering the WREF aspirations within the region in partnership with the COEs.
