The Contract Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, operations, and finance teams, as well as external clients and service providers. The incumbent must be able to work well under pressure and have a legal or procurement background with the willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and finalization of contracts related to logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, supply chain management, and third-party logistics (3PL) agreements.
• Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks, and provide recommendations for risk reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, operations, and finance, to align contract terms with organizational goals. Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries.

• Experience negotiating, drafting, and managing logistics-related contracts (e.g., transportation agreements, warehousing contracts, 3PL agreements).
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, terminology, and industry regulations (e.g., Incoterms, freight agreements).
