Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

Manage all the variation claims with Client and coordinate with JV partner and internal stakeholders including preparation of documentation, substantiation as per contract requirements, timely submission, meeting coordination and follow up till the conclusion of each variation/ claim.

Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders

Work closely with Project teams/ various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate the timely contract price adjustment/ claims including internal reviews/ approvals

Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, measurement/ bill of quantities, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.

Prepare tender/ subcontract document, bid/ subcontract checklist and prepare bid/subcontract evaluation and summary

Ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document

Monitor, review and check subcontractors’ milestone/progress claims and invoice on timely manner, and coordination with internal cost control/ finance department for payment processing

Manage/ administer the subcontracts with subcontractors

Issue work order

Organise kick off meeting and other ad-hoc meetings with subcontractors

Handle and maintain performance securities with subcontractors

Manage day to day contractual correspondences with subcontracts including contractual letters preparation and tracking of incoming/outgoing letters

Procure all subcontracting work within budget and in accordance to comply financial guideline

Monitor subcontracting cost and ensure within allocated budget

Subcontract close out / settlement of contractual disputes related to subcontracts, final accounting, completion certificate, etc.

Participate in monthly cost review, if required. Manage warranty/ defect claims if any.

Participate in Project meetings, interface with cost control, procurement and others

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in any Engineering disciplines or Quantity Surveying.

5 to 10 years of experiences in contract / claim administration

Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants, renewable energy era will be an added advantage

The Sr. Process Engineer will assist senior staff with designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment and plants (from pilot to fully operational) for Biotech and Pharmaceutical Projects. The assignments include specific tasks on project teams and the Process engineer should use their education, creativity and expertise to resolve engineering problems and tasks as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop Design and Engineering Deliverables and supporting narratives for Bio-Pharma Process and Clean/Black Utility Systems.
• Develop Design deliverables for Concept, Basic and Detailed Design – URS, PFD/PIDs, Process Calculations, FA/FAC/PSV Sizing, Line List, Equipment List, and Equipment Specifications. Data Sheets, Instrument Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, TQ/TBA, etc.
• Assists with the preparation of engineering studies and schematic design for new systems and analyze operation of existing systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of process engineering/design experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Bio-Pharma industry.
• Should be independently able to develop Design deliverables for Concept, Basic and Detailed Design – URS, PFD/PIDs, Process Calculations, FA/FAC/PSV Sizing, Line List, Equipment List, and Equipment Specifications. Data Sheets, Instrument Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, TQ/TBA, etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience generating PFDs, P&IDs, process equipment and instrument data sheets as well as supporting narratives.
• General knowledge of system design and applicable codes in process engineering.
• Has a demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to manage projects, problem solve and communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Nutraceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
• AutoCAD experience.

Position Overview:

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the development and production of biomedical products. You will lead and manage quality assurance activities across the production process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of quality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other applicable standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead quality audits, internal and external inspections, and regulatory compliance assessments.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage the resolution of non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure product quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
