Corporate Relationship Development

• Establish corporate contacts through a systematic outreach process, follow up on new business projects generation opportunities, maintain working relationships and set up meetings
• Pitch initiatives to corporates, specifically in positioning and securing business projects for our respective MSc programmes

Administration of Management Practicum

• Collate a list of business projects, disseminate to our respective MSc students for enrolment, and where needed, conduct interviews for the allocation of projects
• Conduct briefings to students who are undertaking business projects
• Coordinate coaching workshops/classes to prepare students for their undertaking of business projects
• Work with Heads of Departments in appointing project supervisors, including briefing faculty advisors on the role, responsibilities and scope of projects
• Facilitate the first meeting for companies to meet with student groups, where timelines, milestone achievements and deliverables are set and arrange initial face-to-face / Skype sessions with companies
• Obtain the necessary approvals from the academic departments and the MSc Programmes Office
• Monitor and ensure that the students make good progress in completing their business projects and where needed, to help guide and mentor students on their projects, providing feedback as part of evaluation as a consistent moderating party across projects

• Liaise with the Office of Legal Affairs on the necessary documentation (Company case release form, Non-Disclosure Form etc) and administer guidelines for students, faculty advisors and corporates

· Support promotion, and engagement, with the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program whilst looking at new opportunities to expand the program.

· Support IATA's regional ground safety audit activities including the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO).

· Support IATA's regional safety data activities including the Global Aviation Data Management Program (GADM).

· Contribute to the commercial strategy and targets assigned to the region by promoting IATA products and services.

· Coordinate airline input during regional ICAO/CAA rule-making and standard-setting processes.

· Respond to tactical issues arising in day-to-day operations in the region as well as provide information and support to IATA member airlines during periods of disruption/contingency operations.

We would love to hear from you if you have

• Extensive aviation background/experience in positions involved in safety, operations, certification and/or regulation of civil air transport operations (strong preference given to candidates with experience as a pilot).
• Qualifications in aviation management or other relevant discipline (relevant professional qualifications may be considered in lieu of a university degree).
• A high degree of analytical skill and technical knowledge in the provision of air transport services with knowledge of ICAO standards and recommended practices, industry best practices and civil aviation operational procedures.
• An understanding of air safety investigation and/or risk-based airline auditing in a multidisciplinary environment would be beneficial.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety information sharing programs and data management methodology.
• Ability to work remotely from core safety team, based in Geneva and Montreal, to independently deliver on activities agreed upon by centrally located subject matter experts.
• Comfortable to perform under pressure to deliver outcomes upon clearly defined timelines.
• Confident to report regularly to core safety team on progress made, and challenges experienced, against pre-determined metrics for agreed objectives.
• Ability to deal with member airlines at a technical, safety and operational level with a positive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to effectively advocate across a wide range of aviation stakeholders, by promoting IATA activities and the benefits that desired outcomes will achieve, to gain industry buy-in.
• The ability to speak in public and deliver key messages to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Diplomacy in relationships with contacts in government and other key organizations.
• Fluency in English.
• Able to travel when required whilst managing a large and dynamic workload.

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will work closely with stakeholders and the CareHub team including Call Centre Officers (CCOs) who are helming CareHub, to draft, develop and implement requirements (including IT systems) and collaborative workflows and SOPs to bring plans into reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives. You will ensure that CCOs are properly trained and supported by a relevant knowledge management system to support handling of enquiries in the most professional and timely manner.

You will have the opportunity to support the developmental plans and partnerships of CareHub by driving and facilitating conversations with stakeholders and community partners to further develop CareHub and review CareHub’s functions and initiatives which improve outcomes in tandem with the wider community ecosystem.

Another key accountability is data visualization and reporting of CareHub’s KPIs and standards to stakeholders and senior management in a timely manner. You are passionate about service and innovation with a quality improvement mindset and shall play an active role in sustaining the team’s positive and service oriented culture.

Key accountabilities but not limited to:

1. Support the day-to-day operations of the CareHub including being the point of escalation when required, in line with CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), developmental plans and organisation’s policies
2. Support in the implementation of CareHub’s functions and IT systems through monitoring and tracking of timelines, translating plans and requirements into actionable workflows, development/review of SOPs to working collaboratively with stakeholders, vendors and users to propose go-forward solutions to meet implementation timeline
3. Facilitate collaborative conversations and change management with presentation slides internally and with stakeholders to further develop CareHub’s functions and facilitate adoption of new/improved workflows and SOPs
4. Support in the continuous development and implementation of projects and quality initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency with a focus on providing a positive customer experience in line with CareHub’s standards and KPIs.
5. Risk management incorporated in workflows and SOPs
6. Ensure that Call Centre Officers are competent and trained in the most efficient and timely manner supported by a relevant knowledge management system
7. Data visualization and reporting of CareHub’s KPIs and standards to stakeholders and senior management in a concise and timely manner
8. Utilise data driven approach to identify opportunities and forecast growth areas / trends to further develop CareHub
9. Keep abreast of the current issues impacting the healthcare industry and conduct periodic scanning for new ways and modes which CareHub could better support our residents and partners

Requirements

• Good bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with relevant Contact Centre / healthcare and operations related experience
• Have experience with project management and working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to successfully deliver outcomes / meet project milestones
• Highly adaptable and responds with resilience when faced with multiple demands, shifting priorities and ambiguity
