Candidate must process good interpersonal skill, processing of diploma will be preferred with 3 years working experience, knowledge of excel , experience in purchasing of materials at construction site and helping out in the ad hoc and administration in paper works.

• Design and implement practice plans and training programs that enhance players' abilities and prepare them for competitive play.
• Oversee and offer guidance to internal and external football coaches.
• Hold Regular Meetings and Workshops for all Football Coaches.
• Team and Player Management:
• Manage team selection, player assignments, and roster decisions.
• Ensure that all players meet academic and behavioral standards set by the school.
• Organize and supervise team travel, equipment, and logistical needs for matches and tournaments in and outside of Singapore.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the Head of Physical and Outdoor Education, and other relevant departments to coordinate the football program’s activities and goals.
• Work closely with the CCA and ACSIS team to plan the Football CCA Program and all competitive Matches.
• Support the CCA team with the organization of the yearly CCA Fair.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations to organize the Football Holiday Camps.
• Administrative Duties:
• Set up the CCA Football program in the school system and manage the enrollment.
• Set up ACSIS Teams in the school system and manage the enrollment.
• ACSIS Football Game scheduling in collaboration with other schools.
• Manage Bus bookings for off Campus activities and Referee bookings for on Campus activities.
• Create purchase requisition for all Football related expenses.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding ACSIS and CCA schedules.
• Coordinate the Wildcats Uniform distribution for all Football teams.
• Coordinate the ACSIS Medal orders for all Football Teams.
• Maintain the Sport website and Parent portal.
• Engage with the wider school community to promote and support the football program by using our social media channels.

*Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and timelines are feasible.

* Budgeting and cost management to keep the project within the financial constraints. 

*Contract administration including negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.  *Quality control checks to deliver projects that meet all the agreed specifications. 

*Leading and motivating a *multidisciplinary project team, and resolving conflicts. 

*Ensuring all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed. 

*Reporting regularly on the project status to executives and other stakeholders. 

*Any other Ad-Hoc duties Assigned by Management

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, tracking expenses, and forecasting.
• Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Requirement:

1. Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in Construction field in Singapore.

2. Priority if having experience all type of facade related works

3. Must be ready to work any time to resolve the project related matter. (even public holiday)

4. Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)

5. Excellent communication skill

6. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
