Job Description:

• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
• Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickworks)
• Familiar with external works, etc.
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all construction workers
• Solve disputes between workers
• To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Requirements:

Able to replace any staff on MC and Urgent Leave any days.

Able to cook Indian Bangladesh, China Burmese Food.

Customer is Indian Bangadesh China Burmese Constructiom Worker.

got basic knowledge of basic computer Excel Words.

Have strong Hygiene practice.

some days must start 3am start.

Must have positive attitude positive thinking positive interaction with own staff.
