Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in any related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential / A&A development projects.
• Experience in infrastructural projects and construction-related works will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of low-voltage (LV) electrical installation projects, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and technical documents, while using AutoCAD software to create, update, and revise electrical drawings as required. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for on-site electrical installations.
• Prepare work schedules, allocate resources to meet project timelines, and maintain accurate records of site activities, materials usage, and project milestones.
• Report progress and address any issues to project managers and stakeholders promptly.
• Ensure that all electrical installations meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce adherence to safety protocols on-site.
• Act as a point of contact between the project team and site personnel, effectively communicating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years local LV (low voltage) electrical installation projects background.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drawings is essential.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is preferred to communicate with Chinese-speaking site personnel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
