• Lead regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foreman subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building;
• Maintain strict quality control procedures - this necessitates regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site;

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, focusing on building and maintaining a positive public image.
• Quickly respond to negative publicity, preparing statements and managing communications to mitigate damage to the organization’s image.
• Prepare reports on PR activities, measuring reach, engagement, and impact to guide future communications efforts.

Job Description:

- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of site works
- Ensure timely requisition of resources (e.g. labour, materials, equipment etc.)
- Ensure works progress according to the establish schedule, and main contractor’s master installation schedule, and where deviations arise, initiate the appropriate actions.
- Assist Department Manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years working experience in Project/ Site Management (Construction industry)
- Priority to experience in condominium project
- Preferably completed relevant SAFETY courses (required by MOM)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good working attitude, able to work under pressure
