• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily construction activities, ensuring works progress according to the project schedule, design, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction workers, subcontractors, and other engineers on-site.
• Ensure that construction methods and materials used meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth and successful execution of the project.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and the specific requirements of the project.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification
• Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
• Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required
• Proficient in MS Office
• A class 3 driving license is required

Job Description :

• General administrative work, including data entry, filing, prepare purchase requisition.
• Assist with staff support, including visas, work permits, accommodation, and logistics for expatriate staff
• Manage office consumables, and coordinating facility tasks like catering services, requisite pantry refreshments, stationary, office items, etc.
• Document Control & Reporting - proper organisation of filing system, storage of documents and information.
• Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents to internal and external parties.
• Coordination for Inbound and Outbound shipment accurately and timely Billing

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and complete on time
• To report the progress and quality of the overall project
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and contractors), Indian or Bangladeshi will be advantage
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess positive working attitude

Working Days: Monday – Friday

(Saturday may need to work half day depends on project, can claim OT)

Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm

Office Location: City Hall, Working location at Island wide

Salary: $3000 to $3800

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Job Scope

• Reports to Project General Manager/Project Manager
• Quantity taking off, Study pre-contract files
• Identify specified or equivalent materials
• Study pre-contract quotations and to obtain new quotations for works
• Check availability of stock of materials and their delivery time
• Check/sourcing of quotations, clarify, and assist in the negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Reconcile quantities in contract and those claimed by sub-contractors and suppliers
• Monitor, measure, and price variation works
• Prepare periodic progress valuation
• Check progress claims submitted by sub-contractors
• Study all site instructions issued and advise Project Manager of time and cost implications
• Monitor the expenses of the project and advise the Project Manager on the financial status
• Brief site staff on procedure of recording and confirming oral instructions
• Closing of final account
