Your duties shall cover but not restricted to the following:

• Lead team of electricians
• Provide technical expertise for site preparation, project execution and coordination with adjacent trades, testing & commissioning and project handover
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and subcontractor services as per project plan
• Supervise and ensure ongoing works on-site are on track according to project schedule
• Attend site surveys, coordination meetings with consultants, sub-contractors and any relevant authorities

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting the Site Agent on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

Responsibilities

Job description:

• Supervise and coordinate all sub-cons, suppliers and workers to meet the schedule and quality standards
• Record of daily progress report
• Ensure works done according to project specs and drawings
• All other duties as per assigned by superiors
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction (manhole, pipe laying, sewerage works)
• Able to communicate with all level and able to handle foreign works
• Exposure in BCA Standards and Regulations
• Possess Class 3 &/or Class 4 driving license

Duties / Responsibilities :

• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Distributing resources. Following the project in case there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks.
• Time management. Developing deliverable schedules for the project or construction team.
• Ensure project completion and handover on time.
