He/She reports through GL&D and supports site learning needs with responsibility for defining, developing, and facilitating all learning and development plans and activities for the GL&D Learning portfolio. They maintain awareness and understanding of key site priorities/processes and external best practices, partners with key site stakeholders to identify performance needs and gaps and will partner with their client to implement and ensure adherence to established governance and company standards. Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with clients to enable realization of Operating Unit and Site/Client strategy resulting in improved business outcomes and results.
• Implement learning strategy/plans for client ensuring adherence to standards, including implementation training programs. Monitors progress with appropriate documentation and metrics and defines opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Respond to inquiries from site/region on offerings in global catalogs to recommend appropriate learning interventions to drive impact on the business locally.
• Recommend learning solutions and effective learning strategies based on identified needs to realize site hoshin objectives. Required:
