About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our dynamic team at Halex Construction Pte Ltd. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for developing and planning of project plans, schedules and budget.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of projects in accordance to the drawings and schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, team members and government authorities on project related issues.
• Attend site meetings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify deviations or problems.

What we're looking for
